The cleverly designed display racks can be installed horizontally or at an angle. The PM100LG holds 100 pies and has sliding glass doors on both sides of the unit. Includes the addition of a baffle tray with steam (1/9 gastronorm) pan in the base of the unit to provide moisture to contents and an internal light to illuminate contents.
