The GALA MR400 is the ultimate ice cube maker for prestige restaurants, bars and clubs. Every 24 hours it makes 345kg of GALA ice cubes, which have been designed by ITV to melt slowly and never alter the flavor or excessively water-down spirits or cocktails. But it’s also one of the most advanced commercial ice machines on the market, offering cutting edge efficiency and smart control electronics that adapt to changes in ambient and water temperature to ensure ice cube consistency.
Designed to withstand very hot climates and ambient temperatures of up to 43°C, making the ice makers suitable for kitchens and bars anywhere from the cooler climates of the South Island of New Zealand to the hotter climates of Western Australia. All with no compromise on performance, with the ability to produce from 150-1,125kg of ice every 24 hours, depending on requirements, and coupled with an ITV SILO storage bin, this Ice Maker can easily keep up with high usage requirements.
