There's a big world of catering quipment choices out there. Rest assured if you deal with Chefs Co that we only offer equipment that meets our criteria.
Whatever the appliance, it must be able to be serviced by a qualified technician on site - It must be backed with the absolute best warranty on the market - It must be fit for purpose and have superior features and benefits when comparing like for like appliances. Not all equipment is the same and there is generally very good reasons why one may be more costly up front than another, so this is why we look at "operational costs" Where are the savings during operation, maintenance,
cleaning and speed of service? These all need to be drilled down to ensure you
are getting an appliance that is fit for purpose - your purpose.

Nearly all the equipment in this category is what we call Plug & Play equipment. Little will be required for installation however we always suggest strongly that you read the instructions for each new appliance. Even a Blender will require some level of understanding to ensure that you get the best life out the unit.
